Lindsay Lohan dazzles in jewel embellished black mini dress at The Theory of Everything screening
She recently wrapped up her show Speed-The-Plow at London’s Playhouse Theatre.
Still enjoying what the capital has to offer, Lindsay Lohan attended a VIP screening of The Theory of Everything on Monday evening.
Showcasing her star quality, the 28-year-old dazzled as she wowed in a jewelled Matthew Williamson mini dress.
Wearing her fiery hair, which was styled in a centre, down in loose curl, Lindsay opted to keep her make-up simple.
Lohan accessorised her look with several pieces of silver jewellery from Crow’s Nest including a leaf ring, drop earrings and a wristwatch while toting a quilted bag.
Braving the capital’s chill for only a little while as she posed for photographer, the Mean Girls star topped her look with a black trench coat as she stood in patent heels.
As she left the venue, the actress stopped to sign autographs for waiting fans.
Following her final stage performance on Saturday, Lindsay took to Instagram to thank all those who had helped the show become a success.
Lohan’s caption read: ‘Thank you #speedtheplow #ThePlayhouseTheatre crew and staff thank you #davidmamet #lindsayposner and @lavishalice @speedtheplow @nigellindsay1 @richard_schiff’.
She then uploaded another which alongside she wrote: ‘And so it is. ONE MAMET DOWN!!!
She continued: ‘Next stop. 1 year #OLEANNA #lindsayposner #davidmamet thank you all for your support bless thank you @oprah for being a part of this process and happiness.’
The caption referenced another play by Speed-The-Plow playwright David Mamet, Oleanna, which ran on Broadway in 2009.
In addition to Oleanna, the actress expressed her gratitude to TV legend Oprah Winfrey, whose network OWN aired the docu-series Lindsay earlier in 2014.
The short-lived series chronicled Lindsay as she took up a residence in New York City following her stint in rehab
Following her show, Lindsay made the leap from the screen and onto the stage as Hollywood receptionist Karen in the revival of Speed-The-Plow.
Her portrayal of Karen, a role that once belonged to Madonna, received many mixed reviews, including observations that Lindsay didn’t know her lines by heart during an early run of the play.
